Richard is the Lead of Technical Advisory services and an experienced consultant. Through this engineering degree and hands-on experience, he has acquired significant experience in the operations and maintenance of complex building systems, including HVAC systems.
Richard works closely with clients on developing output specifications and service levels for P3 and outsourcing arrangements. He has established requirements by adapting existing P1 TS templates and facilitating working sessions to obtain input on the particularities applicable to his clients’ operating environments. In addition, he worked on performance regimes, establishing indicators that are linked to the desired outcomes.
He has prepared the facilities management and lifecycle cost estimate for P3 projects and has reviewed/commented on the costs submitted for variation/changes, resulting in significant savings for his clients and making him uniquely qualified to understand the impact of the Change process. Richard has contributed to several procurement processes in the infrastructure sector, including developing the question set, providing input on the general description and terms contained and working on the evaluation framework/matrices.
Dylan is the Lead of Energy Advisory Services and a Professional Engineer with 10 years of experience in building energy systems, energy performance contracting, energy management and project management. With his extensive experience working with healthcare, industrial and commercial facilities, he has developed a deep knowledge of key building infrastructure and keeps abreast of industry trends. Fully bilingual, he has experience working with both the public and private sector, analyzing, developing, and implementing innovative yet practical solutions to achieve successful outcomes. He has a passion for energy management and optimization in facilities and is a Certified Energy Manager.
Cassandra Wild is a dual-degree graduate in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from Western University and Ivey Business School, where she developed a strong foundation in strategic problem-solving, innovation, and high-impact execution. She gained hands-on experience across defense, aviation, real estate, and tech-enabled manufacturing, leading initiatives from optimizing efficiency in complex mechanical systems to driving profit growth through international e-commerce strategies.
Cassandra brings a unique blend of technical proficiency and business acumen, with proven skills in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, data analysis, and digital marketing. Known for her leadership in cross-functional teams and her commitment to inclusivity in STEM, Cassandra is a driven consultant focused on creating value through thoughtful analysis, operational efficiency, and forward-thinking solutions.
Louise Panneton is a senior advisor and has over 30+ years of experience in the real estate sector. She has an in-depth knowledge of the service industry through her early involvement in a facilities management delivery organization, where she was CFO, her leadership on many advisory mandates and her active involvement in associations such as IFMA, BOMA, CCPPP and IPDA – to name a few. Louise has a very strong analytical background and broad experience in the sector, enabling her to provide strategic input on in-house and externally delivered service models. She draws on her extensive pool of knowledge to provide innovative and creative solutions that are easy to implement and manage.
